Introducing Moxie
A revolutionary new app to help build emotional strength through play

Moxie is designed to help parents and caregivers protect against emerging mental health challenges by giving them strategies and activities to build relationships and support social and emotional wellbeing – both of which are central to mental health ”

Moxie Supports Parenting in a Post-COVID Environment
The COVID-19 pandemic upended the lives of children and families, requiring parents to engage in student learning and wellbeing in unprecedented ways. The pandemic intensified and compounded both every day and chronic stress as parents managed changing routines, worry for sick or distanced family members, online schooling, and the high-stakes daily dilemmas of parenting. More than ever before, with high levels of stress and ongoing turbulence as a persistent backdrop, there is a dire need for high-quality social, emotional, and behavioral supports for adults and children alike.
Moxie brings families social, emotional, and behavioral supports that, using Moxie’s learn-and-apply approach, become habits. Moxie:
- builds high-quality relationships between parents and their children,
- supports both child and parent SEL skill-building, mental health, and overall well-being,
- promotes supportive and positive home environments, and
- leverages technology to bring high-quality, evidence-based content directly to families’ devices.
